都是珍贵的资料，这都是外国人拍的，好多是从国外回来的，记录了当时的芝罘，现在我们只能从这些老照片去品味当时的芝罘了，我有几张新的没发表的，改日发上去[22]

下面这段英文，谁给翻译下？
One thing about old postcards is you learn history you never knew.  This photo postcard is labeled "Chefoo - General View".  It is more accurately described as a view of the then new and modern foreign section of Chefoo.   As the link Wikipedia below shows, Chefoo was a misnomer.  After WW1 the United States made Chefoo its summer port in China.  This postcard is used but in good condition and the text is relevant "This gives you a good idea of the foreign section of Chefoo, which is very modern and pretty, also clean.  The Chinese section of the city is very crowded and dirty.  The chief industry is making Pongee silk and hair nets."

It was collected in 1920 by a naval officer on his way from Vladivostok to China service on the U.S.S. Albany as part of the American presence in Asia after WWI.

Stamp is a 1 cent U.S. stamp showing the May 15, 1920 U.S.S. Albany cancellation mark.

This is a colour postcard of Chefoo (= Yantai), Shandong, China. It shows a beautiful view of the German Consulate. This postcard was published by J.G. Myrciades & Co, Chefoo. This postcard was favour cancelled in 1913. So it is more than 95 years OLD. The brown half cent Dragon stamp is still attached on its front side. Cancel: CHEFOO. The publisher’s code is No. 29. However some slight cornerwear it does not affect the picture (see scan) and it is still a great collectable. Condition: good. This postcard should be in every Chinese collection. Buyer pays $ 3.00 for handling and worldwide shipping. Buyer of multiple items can save on shipping. Buyer must make his payment within 14 days.
