刚身在美国的朋友发了一段评论,我一并转过来,让大家了解一下外人的看法。
May be the hospital should practice similar policy as US's hospitals. What they do here is to have all mother-to-be to sign a form (as well as responsible family members) prior going into delivery room. It's a must/require procedure. The purpose is to deem all surgery necessary when doctors find there is any unforeseeable danger during delivery. Besides, I think your hospital should have a DV ready to record the conversation and action that follows. With such procedure, your organization can eliminate (or avoid) all unforeseeable dispute and argument with clients or patients.
I can understand the problems you all facing with due to those uneducated few. But I am not saying the system in America is best or China is not good. By using such documented footage, (with DV as in digital video), it helps to eliminate any misunderstanding and dispute for later encountering. I am merely suggesting a solution which hopefully can resolve such dispute. With video documentation, no one can deny its genuine hence nobody can create any trouble for the hospital. Here in America, everything is being put into writing before any operation is being performed. The idea is not for the benefit of the patients but to protect the doctors and hospitals. So, its a protective mechanism ! |
